Primary Function:
- Responsible for accelerating growth in Urology and Gynecology within Key Strategic markets.
- Partners with sales leadership to identify opportunities, select critical accounts, and drive growth through surgeon training.
- Incorporates all company ecosystem resources to achieve sales objectives.
Essential Duties:
- Train net new gynecologists and urologists to pivot their total practice to include da Vinci procedures.
- Establish regional case observation sites and epicenters to demonstrate clinical value.
- Develop future training pipelines by vetting surgeon candidates and enhancing impact in resident education.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Requires 5 years of post-graduate B2B sales experience, including 2 years in medical device sales.
- Must live or be relocatable to the Charlottesville, VA area.
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed, with a Bachelor's degree required.
