Job Description
The Partner Marketing Manager will drive co-marketing and partner enablement initiatives to support the growth of Roofr’s strategic partnership channel. This role requires a strategic, data-driven marketer with expertise in building co-marketing programs with a wide range of different partner types, including joint campaigns, content creation, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute marketing initiatives that engage shared audiences, and maximize pipeline growth.
Work closely with revenue and marketing teams to ensure alignment on partner marketing objectives. Develop and implement detailed quarterly co-marketing strategies with key partners to drive mutual growth. Own end-to-end project management of co-marketing campaigns from project briefs and timelines to budgets and campaign performance. Execute joint digital and in-person co-marketing campaigns in collaboration with partner teams, utilizing a mix of channels including email, print, webinars, content marketing, events, and other sponsorships.
Work with content creators and designers to develop co-branded marketing assets, templates, case studies, and thought leadership pieces that highlight partner integrations and success. Design and deliver resources, tools, and training to enable partners and affiliates to effectively market and sell joint offerings; support the development of a partner portal. Measure and optimize co-marketing campaigns, using data to make improvements and share ROI insights with stakeholders. Track and manage contracts, a partner library, vendors, campaign calendar, and inventory. Co-plan joint events with Roofr’s events team and partner company for trade shows, and webinars, coordinating internal teams to execute and follow up on event leads. Ensure consistency in messaging across all partner program communications, aligning with Roofr’s brand voice and value-based campaign messaging.
