- Develop technical and management proposal content for DHA, VA, and other federal healthcare opportunities.
- Conduct SME interviews with engineering, clinical IT, and security teams to gather and validate content.
- Analyze solicitations to support opportunity shaping and technical strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 10+ years of IT experience.
- 5+ years of federal proposal development and technical solutioning.
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts for evaluators.
