Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise technology implementation.
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM, including configurations and platform enhancements.
- Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Advanced Work Assignment, and Virtual Agent.
