Demo Engineer

As a Demo Engineer at Cresta, you’ll be pivotal in empowering our go-to-market team to articulate compelling and technically robust narratives about Cresta’s AI-powered platform, showcasing real-time coaching, analytics, and virtual agent capabilities. Your role includes constructing and overseeing the tools, environments, and synthetic scenarios that offer prospects a tangible experience of our solution's value. This position requires a blend of building, strategic enablement, and storytelling. You’ll collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams to realize our AI-driven vision, enabling pre-sales teams to conduct precise and creative demonstrations across diverse industries and buyer personas. Your responsibilities encompass building and maintaining demo infrastructure, developing internal tools and connectors, ensuring demo environments are reliable and up-to-date, crafting industry-relevant use cases, and supporting pilots and proof-of-concepts.
