BAS Design Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee external partner scopes of work and ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Create and manage BAS/PMS deliverables including design drawings, sequences of operations, and control panel diagrams.
• Support construction administration by reviewing shop drawings, submittals, and closeout documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline and 5+ years of BAS controls engineering experience.
• Advanced knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, SNMP, and proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
