Job Description

Lead and coordinate onboarding for new client accounts, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into the Jobbatical platform and services. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders through regular biweekly/monthly check-ins and reporting calls. Act as the bridge between the client and internal delivery teams to ensure client needs are met and immigration/relocation workflows are on track. Assist clients with Jobbatical platform-related tasks and queries. Proactively identify and manage potential escalations and take actions to improve satisfaction and reduce churn risk. Identify and surface upsell/expansion opportunities through regular interactions and knowledge of client needs.
