Job Description
The System Administration Consultant is responsible for delivering implementation and ongoing managed services, training, and other professional offerings to new and existing customers. This role will assist clients with configuration needs, provide guidance on optimal product setup, and align solutions with client processes. The consultant will configure company products on behalf of clients, advise on best practices, and build strong business relationships.
Key responsibilities include developing a strong understanding of the companyβs software, partnering with clients, collecting business requirements, organizing tasks, creating deliverables, identifying potential issues, and providing proactive client service. The consultant also contributes to knowledge sharing and service innovation initiatives within the team.
