  • Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or freshers with strong interest in US staffing.
  • Good understanding of IT roles (Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, etc.) is a plus.

Work Timings:

  • Night Shift (Aligned with US Time Zones).
