Accountabilities:
- Creates and ensures effective communication across laboratory functions.
- Motivates and energizes the team through leadership.
- Works closely with leadership to drive project and program direction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in life, physical, or computer science; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years project management experience in lab operations or pathology projects focused on LIMS/LIS systems strongly preferred.
- PMP Certification preferred.
