VIP Middle Office Hong Kong Operations, Strategy & Project Management

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage VIP community operations, plan and execute events like AMAs and meetups, and use CRM tools to track KPIs.
• Collect and organize benefits materials and competitor data to produce benchmarking reports for strategy optimization.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to advance projects and synchronize information across departments.

Requirements:

• Hands-on community operations experience with strong execution skills for online/offline events.
• Proven ability in cross-functional collaboration and project management to drive timely completion.
• Proficient in data analysis, competitive research, and AI tools for content creation and task automation.

Program Details:

• This is a fixed-term Accelerator Program for early career talent to gain immersive Web3 experience.
• Candidates must be available 5 days a week for a minimum of 6 months to ensure project continuity.
