Responsibilities:
- Lead technical design and delivery of large backend initiatives spanning multiple teams, removing systemic bottlenecks.
- Own the architecture strategy for modular backends, services, and platforms, including monolith modernization.
- Define and improve standards for APIs, compatibility, testing, security, and production readiness.
Requirements:
- Proven cross-team technical leadership with deep backend architecture experience in complex platforms.
- Experience modernizing monoliths toward modular systems using bounded contexts, event-driven boundaries, or similar.
- Strong product judgment and ability to influence without authority through clear written proposals.
