- **What you’ll do:**
- Own moderately sized to complex technical initiatives from problem definition through implementation and operational follow-through.
- Act as the directly responsible individual for projects by aligning stakeholders and communicating progress.
- Lead technical design for distributed storage and Git repository management.

- Significant experience building, debugging, and optimizing distributed systems in large-scale production environments.
- Strong systems design skills and ability to reason about performance, failure modes, and concurrency.
- Professional experience with Go or another backend language.
