About the Role:
- Design, build, deploy, and optimize AI agents and automated workflows that directly impact how Vantage acquires and engages customers.
- This is a hands-on role at the intersection of engineering, marketing, and growth, solving ambiguous problems and experimenting with new technologies.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain AI-powered growth systems and marketing automation infrastructure.
- Develop intelligent agents for account research, prospect identification, personalized outreach, campaign creation, and performance analysis.
- Connect product and marketing data to inform activities and improve personalization, measuring and optimizing performance.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, growth engineering, or marketing technology.
- Proficiency with Python, JavaScript, APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms.
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration, plus a strong analytical mindset.
