Business Analyst

At Ensono, you will transform into a software-first Managed Services Provider, powered by Envision Operating System – a platform where AI, automation, and people combine to deliver predictive, zero-touch operations. As an Business Analyst, you’ll be the translator between data and decisions. You’ll dig into data and package them into insights, dashboards, and reports that leadership and Ops teams can act on. Your role ensures that AI-driven future is technically sound but measurable, explainable, and trusted by the business. You’ll work cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Ops, and AI/ML teams to identify trends, measure ROI, and uncover opportunities where automation and AI can add value. You will analyze operational, financial, and incident data to uncover trends. You will build dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, translate complex data into narratives, ensure data pipelines and models align with business needs, define KPIs, track business impact of predictive models, and validate ROI.
