Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration test plans
Diagnose incidents encountered in the environment and resolve problems in systems, processes and services
Implement servers, storage, and virtual environments

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to accurately convey messages with both technical and non-technical users
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, O365, Azure AD and Exchange Online support
Deep familiarity of Azure virtual desktop environments

Working Conditions:

This is a remote position. Employees are expected to maintain a dedicated and professional workspace that supports productivity and confidentiality
Employees must adhere to company policies regarding data security, time tracking, and virtual collaboration
Work is primarily performed in a home office environment
