As a BDR, you will collaborate with the Director of Business Development, Sales, and Marketing to build a predictable pipeline that meets quarterly revenue goals. You'll execute outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn using tools such as Apollo.io , Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Instantly, and Expandi.
You'll identify, research, and reach out to target accounts using an ABM (Account-Based Marketing) approach. Engage prospects through personalized sequences – sharing educational content, handling objections, and nurturing until ready for demo. Qualify prospects and schedule demo meetings for Account Executives. Manage your own pipeline, track engagement, and continuously refine messaging for better conversion. Collaborate with marketing on social media initiatives — occasionally helping to publish posts, track engagement, and understand social media algorithms to improve brand visibility. Report on outreach metrics, activity levels, and conversion performance weekly.
