- Lead prospecting and headhunting efforts.
- Source candidates from diverse channels.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate assessments.
Experience:
- 2+ years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong attention to detail with relentless follow-up.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Key Attributes:
- Experience in a start-up environment is a huge plus.
- Experience with in-house recruitment is preferred.
