Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead prospecting and headhunting efforts.
  • Source candidates from diverse channels.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate assessments.

Experience:

  • 2+ years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Strong attention to detail with relentless follow-up.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.

Key Attributes:

  • Experience in a start-up environment is a huge plus.
  • Experience with in-house recruitment is preferred.
