HR Infrastructure & Compliance:

  • Lead the end-to-end transition off the current PEO, including payroll and benefits integration.
  • Build and own the employee handbook, HR policy library, and all compliance documentation.
  • Maintain audit-ready employee records and ensure federal and multi-state recordkeeping compliance.

Leave & Benefits Administration:

  • Serve as the primary point for all leave requests (FMLA, state, military, personal) and manage the full lifecycle.
  • Administer the ADA interactive process for reasonable accommodation requests and documentation.
  • Administer benefits programs day-to-day, including open enrollment and vendor management.

Business Partnership & Operations:

  • Build trusted relationships with managers, providing proactive guidance on people processes and policies.
  • Identify friction in the employee experience and drive operational improvements for scalability.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and Payroll on compensation processes, reporting, and regulatory filings.
