Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Administration: Independently manage the day-to-day administration of benefit plans.
  • Leave of Absence Administration: Partner with our leave administrator, Unum, to manage end-to-end LOA processes.
  • Vendor Coordination: Act as a point of contact for external benefit vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in HR or Benefits administration.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of benefits principles and practices.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience working within an HRIS.
