What You'll Do:
- Works closely with the Head of Total Rewards to administer employee benefits programs.
- Monitors and responds to the Benefits email inbox and deliver benefits orientation.
- Coordinates with third-party administrators to resolve administrative problems.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree (or international equivalent) in a related field.
- At least 3 years of related experience.
- Working knowledge of Total Rewards trends and regulations.
