Responsibilities:
- Prepare internal and external benefit invoices.
- Run reports from Workday HRIS.
- Monitor new hire enrollment and follow up.
Skills & Abilities:
- Experience with Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPS).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Resourceful in using available information for decisions.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma with 2-4 years of benefits experience.
- Experience working in HRIS and Payroll systems.
- Associates degree or higher preferred.
