Basic Function:
- The HR Generalist plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, responsive HR support across the organization.
- This position serves as a trusted resource to managers and employees, managing a broad range of HR functions.
- The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient, tech-savvy HR professional who can operate autonomously.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, vendor coordination, audits, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Serve as a key contributor to HRIS configuration, maintenance, and optimization, including workflows, reporting, data integrity, and system enhancements.
- Ensure HR operational excellence, maintaining accurate employee records, documentation, and scalable processes across the employee lifecycle.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with executives and senior stakeholders.
