HR Generalist

About the Role:

• Support and execute core People operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner closely with the People team to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Maintain accurate HR processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support new hire onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
• Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
• Experience with an HRIS (Rippling preferred; Workday or similar acceptable).
• Familiarity with U.S. employment law and HR compliance practices.
