Act as a subject matter expert in on-boarding, off-boarding, and employee lifecycle changes.
Assist with immigration cases, including visa sponsorship, renewals, and compliance.
Manage and update HR systems, process job changes and ensuring data accuracy.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of relevant experience as a People Operations Generalist.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
A solid understanding of employment law and HR compliance fundamentals.
