The Role in Action:
- Assist the HR Manager with compliance across multiple states, supporting required filings, audits, and regulatory processes.
- Own the onboarding experience through pre-boarding logistics (background checks, drug testing, I-9).
- Manage and maintain HR data integrity across systems, including Paylocity and monday.com.
Ideal Candidate:
- 1+ year of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a related field.
- Foundational understanding of HR compliance and employment regulations.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and project coordination skills.
