Senior Product Manager

What You'll Do:

/Set and drive the product strategy for the student lending business, accountable for both borrower-facing and school-facing tooling.

/Partner with engineering to define scalability requirements and prioritize technical investments.

/Work directly with school financial offices to translate their operational needs into product requirements.

/Design compliant and intuitive application flows, underwriting experiences, and funding processes.

What You'll Need:

/- 5+ years of product management experience in lending, credit, or loan origination within regulated domains.

/- Direct experience with origination flows, underwriting, decisioning, and regulatory requirements like TILA and ECOA.

/- Ability to take a product from early-stage to enterprise grade, with strong data fluency and cross-functional leadership skills.
