Leadership and Organizational Health:

• Lead and develop a high-performing organization of delivery leaders, establishing clear accountability and role clarity.
• Build a strong leadership bench and drive a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Predictable Delivery and System:

• Own portfolio performance across cost, schedule, scope, and quality, ensuring real-time visibility into program health.
• Design and operate a unified, MCP-native delivery system to reduce operational burden and integrate program, financial, staffing, and risk data.

Financial Performance and Risk:

• Own revenue predictability, margin performance, and portfolio health, ensuring accurate forecasting and strong EAC discipline.
• Establish continuous, system-driven governance with exception-based escalation and build proactive risk identification practices.
