About the Role:
- Lead user acquisition and growth for Huckleberry, reporting to VP of Brand Marketing.
- Manage a multi-disciplinary team and serve as marketing principal in the Growth Pod.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Define holistic growth strategy across paid and organic, owning unit economics and LTV:CAC.
- Integrate with Product and Engineering to drive product-led acquisition and viral loops.
- Oversee channel strategy for performance marketing, SEO, ASO, and affiliates.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of growth experience in consumer subscription, with 4+ years in senior leadership.
- Proven mastery in paid and organic acquisition, with analytical depth and startup DNA.
