Job Description
As Ecosystem Growth Director, you will lead strategic technical initiatives that accelerate developer adoption and platform growth. Responsibilities include creating and executing an open-source strategy, building and maintaining open-source resources, identifying and supporting early-stage projects, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve developer onboarding. This role also involves managing technical relationships with ecosystem partners, promoting best practices, and advocating for building with Circle. The ideal candidate will have proven experience at the intersection of AI and Web3 technologies, demonstrated ability to lead impactful open-source projects, and a track record of driving developer experience improvements. Strong communication and storytelling skills are essential for evangelizing technical concepts to developer audiences and representing technical platforms publicly.
