Job Description
As a Backend Engineer, you'll engineer Alan's powerful employee affiliation engine that seamlessly handles thousands of lifecycle events daily. You'll also craft a smart multi-service payroll tool that makes HR teams' lives easier, and build seamless integrations with major HR platforms like Payfit and Workday. You will enable company HR teams through powerful automation and ship an employee management experience that scales and adapts to a wide range of organization types and sizes across multiple countries. You will invent the stack and flows that make billing highly reliable and contribute to a unified and delightful user experience across multiple countries. This role is special because you will bring Alan’s unique experience to hundreds of thousands of lives.
