Job Description
As a Project Coordination Analyst, you will be responsible for:
-Setting up new projects across multiple systems, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
-Managing and updating project details, following up with the relevant people in order to obtain revised information.
-Responding to project setup requests received through group email, as well as answering incoming calls.
-Maintaining project statuses, ensuring invoicing and payor details are kept up to date.
-Providing support for ad hoc and strategic initiatives as needed.
