Qualifications:

• 20+ years of deep BFSI experience as a former CTO, CIO, Chief Architect, or senior technology leader within a top-tier global financial institution.
• Strong understanding of modern BFSI technology architectures, including core banking platforms, payments infrastructure, and data & AI ecosystems.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value narratives for executive audiences.
• First-hand experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide technology transformation programs within global financial institutions.

Job Focus:

• Serve as the definitive subject matter expert across banking, capital markets, insurance, payments, and wealth management.
• Act as the intellectual partner to sales leadership, shaping pursuit strategies and solution positioning for complex deals.
• Build and engage an external advisory network of BFSI executives and academic leaders to refine strategy.
