Job Description

Responsible for territory building and developing a strategy to establish and expand presence in assigned territory, managing territory and travel to optimize customer interaction. You will assist in developing/negotiating contract proposals and ensure implementation. Closely monitors activity at each customer location and reports on expansions, closings, business trends, and all factors impacting volume levels. Lead the sales process, from initial outreach to contract negotiation, utilizing technology like Microsoft, CRM, LinkedIn, Salesforce, and Logility. Prepare proposals, quotes prices, and promise delivery within established limits. Deliver an annual target of profitable growth through new business and existing customer network. Engage with decision-makers at various levels to understand their needs and provide solutions, maintain existing sales, and actively seek opportunities resulting in profitable growth. Determine potential opportunities from marketing leads, cold calls and other sources, analyzing customer and market needs, pricing models and manufacturing input. Some travel will be needed.
