Responsibilities:
- Own the Japan field marketing plan across PR, brand, demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and deal support.
- Design integrated campaigns using email, social, paid media, events, and ABM programs.
- Work with sales and SDRs to align marketing to revenue goals and support late-stage deal progression.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of B2B field marketing experience with a track record in the Japanese market.
- Proficiency in Marketo, Salesforce, BI tools, and intent data platforms.
- Full professional fluency in English and Japanese with deep cultural fluency in Japanese business practices.
