You'll be working with our users at the very start of their PostHog journey, helping them ensure they're using PostHog in the best possible way to retain customers and help them to build better products. As a trusted advisor, you'll be looking at how they're using PostHog and helping them set things up to get as much as possible out of the platform.

Serve as the primary point-of-contact for Halter customers, driving farmer success for one of the world’s fastest-growing companies. You'll nurture current customer revenue, support onboarding, build farmer relationships, solve problems, represent the Halter brand, and act as the voice of the customer for product teams.
