Maintain and update freight booking spreadsheets, record incoming invoices from freight forwarders, calculate freight costs, and conduct weekly reconciliation of shipping costs. The candidate will also prepare and manage weekly accredited payment runs and collaborate directly with the business owner to continuously refine and document processes.
