As Nav’s Controller, you’ll play a pivotal role in owning the close and financial reporting processes, ensuring we maintain the highest level of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. This role is critical to Nav’s next chapter as we scale, explore strategic transactions, and continue building financial products that empower small businesses. You’ll manage day-to-day accounting operations, lead our annual financial audit, and work closely with teams.

Responsible for the success and operations of the accounting and finance department, including general ledger and financial reporting, accounting policy, accounts payable, accounts receivable and billing, asset management, product line reporting, expense reimbursement, and technical accounting. Oversees cross-functional teams responsible for the financial reporting processes. Establishes and maintains an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the department's goals.
