Project Administrator
Responsibilities include scheduling regular meetings and recording decisions, breaking projects into doable tasks and setting timeframes and goals, creating and updating workflows, conducting risk analyses, and preparing and providing documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders. Furthermore, ordering resources, retrieving necessary information, tracking expenses, monitoring project progress, coordinating quality controls and measuring and reporting on project performance are expected.
Project Administrator responsibilities include preparing action plans, analyzing risks and opportunities and gathering necessary resources.
