Applies Case Management principals in coordinating patient care across the continuum using assessment , care planning, implementation , coordination, monitoring and evaluation for cost effective and quality outcomes in a primarily inpatient setting, including complex discharge planning . Performs Utilization Management clinical review to ensure that services rendered to members meet clinical criteria and are delivered in the appropriate setting.
Support the Consortium of Abortion Providers (CAPS) team as a Proctoring Program Manager, PPFA. Providing on-site support of clinical skills utilized by Planned Parenthood affiliate abortion programs. Deliver foundational training sessions to affiliate and national office staff as a CAPS U trainer. This role will be a telecommuter with up to 75% travel.
Performs on-site or remote Pre-Study, Initiation, Interim, and Close-Out monitoring visit activities to ensure that facilities and staff at the investigational site continue to be adequate for the conduct of the study. Identifies the investigators and verifies that the investigator has adequate qualifications, resources, facilities, equipment and staff to conducting the clinical study throughout the study period. Trains investigational site staff as necessary.
