Evaluate clinical pathology data and prepare reports for nonclinical safety studies. Support Study Directors in addressing clinical pathology related data and issues with sponsors. Support client development through discussions with sponsors about study goals and designs. Implement/support company-wide scientific initiatives involving the Clinical Pathology department as assigned. Support continuing development of Study Directors and other Safety Assessment personnel.

The Pathology Solutions Manager (PSM) plays a central role in ensuring the success of pathology labs using Artera’s digital pathology and clinical testing solutions. This position combines deep understanding of anatomic pathology workflows, digital pathology, and customer relationship management to deliver operational excellence and clinical adoption. You will be a key contact for pathology labs, responsible for laboratories in a given territory, and responsible for guiding them through onboarding, workflow integration, and ongoing success with Artera’s commercial laboratory-developed test

As a medical professional, shape the future of AI. Evaluate language models on clinical scenarios and medical questions in Arabic and English. An active medical license or master’s/PhD in health sciences with clinical experience is required. Clear communication is essential to improving model reasoning with this contract based position.
