The MSL/Sr. MSL engages in scientific exchange with Key Opinion Leaders and Healthcare Professionals consistent with Medical Affairs and company objectives. The MSL is responsible for providing medical and scientific education on Artera’s AI-based prostate cancer biomarker test, new products, and our portfolio in development. Identify and engage with key clinicians and interpret and effectively communicate relevant medical and scientific information.

As a Senior Biostatistician at Artera, you will provide statistical and scientific leadership across clinical and translational studies that advance our AI-driven products. You will collaborate with Biostatistics, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure rigorous statistical methodology for product development, support regulatory and reimbursement submissions, and contribute to post-market evidence generation.

In this role, you will drive commercial success in urologic oncology by developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and adoption. You'll work with various teams to understand market dynamics, manage product launches, and ensure consistent messaging, supporting field efforts, customer experience, market development, and content execution. You'll also lead the creation of promotional campaigns and sales enablement tools tailored to healthcare professionals.

Lead the requirements, risk management, system architecture, and usability engineering activities across the product lifecycle, ensuring products are safe, effective, and compliant with regulatory requirements while enabling cross-functional teams to collaborate effectively. Act as the owner of requirements traceability, system architecture documentation, and usability testing, driving high-quality engineering practices that ensure regulatory success and market readiness.

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Artera, you'll be a key technical leader driving the development of AI-based biomarkers that personalize cancer therapy. You will design, build, deploy, and continuously improve multimodal models—combining whole-slide images with clinical and molecular data—to predict molecular traits and patient outcomes. You’ll translate clinical needs into robust, well-validated solutions.
