This position will support our Patient Access team. Primary responsibilities will include the creation, optimization and ongoing administrative ownership of PBI-based dashboards and datasets, and partnering with operational leaders to develop data packages for patient access, workforce management and process improvement. This role will integrate data from multiple platforms, including AWS, Epic, and Workday to produce KPIs and other critical metrics in support of our clinical and operational leaders.
