As a Business Process Consultant for ServiceNow, you will be a functional and process expert, consulting with customers and guiding them in transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements. You will focus on accelerating and driving customer business outcomes by defining, re-engineering, and improving HR, Workplace/Facility, and Legal-specific processes using ServiceNow products and best practices. This role involves leading customer design workshops, supporting key customer process owners, and driving customer unit and user-acceptance testing requirements.
