The Senior Business Applications Analyst is responsible for leading the analysis, implementation, and optimization of business applications that support core business functions, working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet the organization’s objectives.

This role addresses day-to-day business needs by defining requirements, analyzing processes, conducting impact analysis, supporting Product Owners within the IT Discovery Team, leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, creating release notes, developing training documentation, writing acceptance criteria, and developing test plans. Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft products is essential for managing requirements and collaborating with technical teams.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) to join our team to be a key contributor to CLM implementation projects by understanding business needs and analyzing contract management processes. You will support the design and deployment of CLM solutions and have a strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution configuration to deliver tailored solutions.
