Play a key leadership role advancing Leading Educators’ fundraising strategy and securing vital philanthropic investments that support scalable, equity-driven education initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Development, oversee a team of three Directors of Development and manage a high-value portfolio of major donors, foundations, and corporate partners. Expand and diversify unrestricted funding, multi-year philanthropic commitments, and corporate partnerships.

The Vice President (VP) plays a critical leadership role in advancing fundraising strategy, with an emphasis on growing individual giving, foundations and institutional support. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer (CDO), the Vice President will lead and execute a comprehensive, data-driven strategy to secure transformational gifts from high-net-worth individuals, family foundations and leading philanthropic institutions.
