Weiler Engineering Corporation (WEC), an Apex Company, seeks an experienced Professional Engineer to provide structural engineering calculations and design for structures like multi-family buildings, seawalls, and docks. This role involves engineering design oversight and construction phase services, ensuring projects meet technical specifications, code requirements, budgets, and timelines.
Visually analyze and label complex blueprint-style documentation and models of customer sites. Responsible for performing complex analysis of customer projects, understanding the analytics output, comparing those analytics with standards in the construction industry, and helping us understand how to improve. Analyze project schedules to classify activities, critical path and float for inclusion in system reporting.
Assist with drafting, documentation and project coordination for infrastructure and water-related projects. Responsibilities include producing and editing technical drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D, compiling and formatting technical reports, performing basic engineering calculations, and tracking project timelines.
Manage multiple environmental consulting projects from inception to completion. Oversee and conduct Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Limited Site Investigations (LSIs), soil and groundwater investigations. Assist clients understand and quantify environmental liabilities. Produce technical reports.
Our Forensic Architecture & Engineering team is seeking a junior-to-intermediate level Civil/Structural Engineer (PE or SE) or Engineering Intern/Engineer-In-Training (EI/EIT) to enhance our already robust team of professionals supporting our clients throughout the US. Our engineers routinely perform forensic investigations, provide consultation, prepare and deliver technical papers; and serve as expert witnesses. Assignments will require regular local and regional travel and occasional national travel to project sites.
