• Lead the strategy, development, and promotion of specialty financial products, including RDSPs and RESPs.
• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with internal teams, distribution partners, and external stakeholders.
• Track market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor products to ensure a strong value proposition.

• Review AI model outputs and extract valuable data from corporate credit documents.
• Analyze and extract document-level data from complex corporate credit agreements.
• Provide insights on model performance to help refine and improve AI systems.

As a DCPP Implementation Specialist, you will be the subject matter expert and consultant to support the end-to end Sponsor (employer) onboarding to a RBC administered Defined Contribution Pension Plan. You will coordinate all partners involved in the plan implementation and transfer process. You will coordinate and track all aspects of the successful end to end implementation process.

Lead Rillet implementations from kickoff to go-live, helping CFOs and Controllers modernize their finance operations with AI. Design and configure solutions that translate complex accounting workflows into simple, scalable systems. Build the playbook—document best practices, refine delivery processes, and help scale our consulting practice.

This role is part of the Business Growth, Retail Advice & Solutions. As a member of the Estate and Financial Plannings Services support team, this role is responsible for growing financial planning capabilities across Sun Life Financial Distributions. This individual will have the opportunity to work in partnership with Sun Life Advisors and Field Leaders to assist with the facilitation and delivery of financial planning consultation and training through various channels.
