Collections Specialists are responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from the individuals or businesses responsible for the debt, identifying accounts with overdue payments, and keeping records of the amount owed and the length of the delinquency.

The Relationship Manager (RM) acts as the strategic point of contact on assigned large Government plans between $50-150M, ensuring exceptional client service and plan sponsor satisfaction. The RM is accountable for strategy, overall service delivery, evaluating, improving and managing client satisfaction, risk / retention efforts, book of business economics, and plan management. The RM must successfully drive plan and participant outcomes as defined by the plan sponsor and Empower.

This position is focused around conducting heavy-volume negotiations with law firms and creditors in concurrence with the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) and reaching contracts with the goal of lowering our clients' debt. Establish and maintain contact relationships with law firms. Analyze client portfolios to determine the best strategy to help clients achieve financial freedom as quickly as possible.

We're seeking a talented individual to join our Central support Paraplanning team, which provides support to our Financial Planners and ensures a positive experience for Evelyn Partners clients. In this role you will also support financial planners with client meetings including presentation of cashflow and preparing responses on technical matters.
