The Wealth Management Enablement (WME) Manager will help to drive frictionless service within Wealth Management by supporting advisors and client service specialists with communication, education and training, and process improvement. This role involves curating a strategic curriculum, delivering training, identifying process efficiencies, and supporting M&A integration. The manager will also maintain communication with stakeholders and advocate for Wealth Management to ensure solutions drive productivity and scale.

The role of the Financial Education Specialist is to inform, educate and advise participants in our group retirement savings plans in order to raise awareness of the importance of joining their plan. Meetings can be in groups or individually and can take place in a webinar or in person. The Financial Education Specialist is to educate participants on the benefits of their retirement savings.

The Director of Client Finance is responsible for overseeing Charter Impact’s service delivery, as well as acting as an outsourced CFO on behalf of our clients. The DOCF oversees all finance, accounting and compliance reporting for assigned clients by working collaboratively with the Charter Impact Teams and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial information. This Director position is highly visible to Charter Impact clients and must deliver excellence in professional expertise and customer-service.

As a CRE Portfolio Manager II in the Affordable Housing Division, you will be responsible for underwriting complex affordable housing construction and permanent loan originations, including those related to LIHTC and other CRA qualified public-private partnerships. This role will develop and analyze affordable housing credits providing strong, thorough recommendations. Monitor borrower financial information, project performance, covenant compliance, maturities, and delinquencies, and provide accurate assessments of ongoing financial stability. Manage a CRE portfolio of borrowing clients with responsibility for portfolio quality.
