As an Associate, you will be part of the Innovative Finance team, assisting with administrative, legal, and structuring activities to launch Women’s Livelihood Bonds (WLBs) or similar projects. You will gain a wide range of experience and a broad perspective of IIX’s activities, including IIX’s Orange Movement. This is a cross-functional role that spans structuring, legal, operational, and market-building activities, supporting IIX’s pioneering efforts in gender and climate-linked instruments.

Lead Marqeta's underwriting team and develop strategy to launch and scale successful credit programs. You will scale our credit underwriting organization and establish Marqeta as a disruptive force in the credit space. Mentor a world-class team of credit risk professionals and drive innovation. Represent Marqeta at the highest levels with customers and partners.

As a Capital Markets Associate, you’ll play a vital role in the growth and success of our Capital Markets team by supporting daily operations, managing key partner relationships, and driving new business development. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Capital Markets, you’ll respond to partner questions, oversee due diligence efforts, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. This is a growth-based opportunity.

Manage and grow our $50k to $2.5M portfolio within the assigned geographic territory, focusing on building and maintaining client relationships, optimizing credit line usage, and mitigating pre-default account risk. Primary responsibilities include client education, financial analysis, and collaboration with internal partners to drive revenue and maximize profitability. Candidates must live within assigned Inland Empire, CA Territory.

In this role, you will be part of the Financial Planning Group, creating customized financial plans for clients in collaboration with advisor teams. To excel in this position, you should be detail-oriented, structured, analytical, and possess strong communication skills to support advisors through all stages of planning.
