The Director of Creditor Strategy is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing creditor negotiation strategies to maximize settlement efficiency, client savings, and overall business performance. This leader will oversee analytics-driven decision-making, ensure alignment with regulatory compliance, and enhance relationships with creditors, collection agencies, and legal entities. The ideal candidate will leverage data models, market insights, and industry best practices to improve recovery rates while mitigating litigation risk and optimizing financial outcomes for clients.

Remotely support our Private Lending team and assist with post-closing tasks for real estate loans. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detailed individual who is comfortable under pressure with regular, often tight deadlines. A confident and proactive nature is a must as there will be daily communication via telephone, text, and email with multiple parties.

You’ll play a mission-critical role in supporting the full post-trade lifecycle of complex derivative products primarily within digital assets, including options, futures, and structured products. You’ll serve as the operational backbone of our client-facing trading activity, ensuring seamless and timely settlement, margin management, reconciliation, and operational risk management.
