The Capital Markets Manager is responsible for the fulfillment of all investor requirements pertaining to Asset Backed Securities, Loan Sales/Forward Flow agreements, and other investors. This position works cross-functionally on key initiatives with teams such as Risk, Legal, Accounting, Sales, Business Intelligence, and Product.

Lead design and development of Kraken’s web-based Capital Management Product — including UI/UX, backend, and API architecture. Develop RESTful APIs and data connectors to integrate internal and external data sources into the Treasury risk environment. Translate quantitative models into scalable, interactive web applications, allowing users to view, test, and act on liquidity and capital stress scenarios in real time.

Lead the credit strategy for existing Flex customers, building a range of strategies as the portfolio grows. Design monitoring capabilities to understand performance, partner with stakeholders including Capital and Finance, and oversee development of NPV models. Promote proactive analysis and ensure credit capabilities are in place to scale safely.
